CueWindow is designed around explicit sessions, user-owned profiles, and clear data boundaries.

Audio processing

CueWindow listens only after a user starts a session. Audio is processed to create live transcripts and response suggestions.

Session transcripts, generated responses, and conversation memory are stored only for signed-in users and are separated by account.

Uploaded CVs, meeting documents, and extracted profile context are tied to the signed-in account and used to guide generated responses when relevant.

CueWindow should not be used to fabricate credentials, impersonate another person, bypass platform rules, or misrepresent experience.

Authentication is handled through Supabase Auth. Password reset and account sessions are managed through secure token flows.
